Urban Home

Urban Home is a custom-built event home, as well as a show home for the project collaborators, with proceeds benefiting local non-profits.

This project began with the logo and color palette, which was inspired by the architecture of the house: the roof lines, the prominent windows at the front and the blue door that was planned for the front entrance. Next came the need for a large yard sign to offer information on the home, it’s sponsors and the benefiting organizations as the home was being built.

Additionally, they needed an interesting hand-out that followed the branding we had put in place.  It essentially is a pocket with an angled cut at the top and a second stand-alone piece inserted into the angled opening, sliding up and down to reveal the calendar of events and more information. We also designed a 5×8 card that was handed out as an informative marketing tool for both the home owners and organizations, as well as business cards for the owners.  Each piece works as an extension of the logo, with the ‘rooftop’ angle and color palette unifying the designs.
